| Peach Créme Ingredients
1 can peaches in syrup
2 tablespoons no flavoured jelly
200 gr creamy white cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup cold water
Preparation
1- Blend peaches with syrup and white cheese.

Dissolve jelly in ½ cup of cold water

Let chill for 5min and then warm up in “baño maría”

Chill, add lemon juice and the mixture of peaches and cheese

Moisten with water a mould to fill with the mixture.

Chill in the fridge at least 2 hours.

Remove from mould and serve.
