Peach Créme

Ingredients

1 can peaches in syrup
2 tablespoons no flavoured jelly
200 gr creamy white cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup cold water

Preparation

1- Blend peaches with syrup and white cheese.

2- Dissolve jelly in ½ cup of cold water

3- Let chill for 5min and then warm up in “baño maría”

4- Chill, add lemon juice and the mixture of peaches and cheese

5- Moisten with water a mould to fill with the mixture.

6- Chill in the fridge at least 2 hours.

7- Remove from mould and serve.
