| Peach cake
Cake: 5 eggs
100gr “Azpa” sugar
50gr butther
100gr flour
2 teaspoons raising powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Filling: 10 “Efi” or “Saric” peaches
300gr milk cream
1 teaspoon peach jelly
4 tablespoons “Azpa” sugar
200gr “Manfrey” peach marmalade
Preparation
Cake:
Whisk yols and sugar. Add vanilla essence, melted butter and sieved flour and raising powder. Whisk the white eggs until foam and add to the mixture. Bake for 25min.
Filling
Whip the cream, hydrated jelly and sugar.
Add peaches chopped in squares.
Cut the cake in two spread the peach marmalade into the halves.
Distribute cream and put the halves back in one piece. Chill in the fridge.
Spread the top with marmalade and add pieces of peach. Serve.
