Ingredients
Dough
800 gr Flour
400 gr Butter
14 tablespoons sugar “Azpa”
6 yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons bicarbonate
Filling
1 kg sweet potato jam “Manfrey”
½ cup Oporto wine
Preparation
Preparate the dough mixing the ingredients. Chill ½ hour in the fridge. Butter and flour a mould. Add ¾ parts of the dough.
For the filling: mash the sweet potato jam and mix with oporto wine. Fill the dough with the sweet potato mixture. Forming a bars shape add strips of the dough.
Glaze with yolk and take to a moderate oven till it gets golden.
