Mango & dried tomato chutney
Ingredients
2 cups water
1½ cup chopped orión
2 cups chopped mango
1 cup chopped dried tomato
½cupraising
½cup red pepper
½cup brown sugar “Saric”
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons white vinegar.
Preparation
In a cooking pot mix the water and onlons , mangos, tomatos, ralsins, and red peppers let it boil and then low the heat stirring occasionally until the tomatos get render.
Add the rest of the ingredients and look them in a low heat until almost all the liquid its absorbed. Put it in the fridge to chill or freeze.
It is served with meat.
