Lemon cake

Ingredients

7 egg whites
7 yolks
2 teaspoons liquid sweetener
14 tablespoons "Manfrey" low fat powder milk
1 tablespoon raising powder
1 tablespoon grated lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

In the mixer bowl whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, add the sweetener and the yolks one by one, always whipping. Once the mixture its well, whipped remove from the mixer and add the grated lemons and lemon juice.

Finally sift the powder milk and raising powder. Add gradually in an envolving way to the mixture. Spray a 22 or 23cm mould with a vegetal spray. Empty the preparation in the mould and cook in the moderate heat until it looks golden and well-cooked.
