Lactal Bread
Preheat the oven. Mix 4 full tablespoons of starch, with same proportion of “Manfrey” powder milk. Add 1 teaspoon soult.
In another recipient whisk 4 eqq whites until stiff, the success of this recipe depends on the whipping.
With a thick colander join the whites, the starch mixture and milk with envolving movements avoiding that the whipped mixture to lower, put the mixture in a English muffin mould or in a cake mould previously buttered in a low heat oven until the top looks slightly golden.
