Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
Cup powder cocoa
Cup white sugar “Azpa” or “Saric”
6 cups water
2 cups lowfat powder milk “Manfrey”
½ teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
In a cooking pot mix cocoa and sugar. Pour a cup of water into a soft mixture (without lumps). Boil the preparation and keep it boiling for 5 minutes in a low heat. Sprinkle over the low fat powder milk and whip the mixture until get a soft mixture. Remove from heat and add the rest of the water. Heat it without letting it boil. Add the vanilla. Up to 6 portions.
