Green mango “Relish”

Ingredients

¾ cupsider vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar “Saric”
½ teaspoons celery seeds
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
¼ teaspoons white pepper
2 thinly sliced w/peel cucumbers
2 cups grated green mango.

Preparation

In a cooking pot mix the vinegar with brown sugar, celery seeds, mint and pepper, cook stirring until sugar dissolves. In another recipient mix the mango and cucumber. Pour the sauce on top of the mango mixture. Put the lid on and chill for several hours.

Strain the liquid before serving.

It is well accepted with any meal mat goes with sweet and sour sance.

Well accepted with sandwiches.
