Delicious baked apples
Ingredients
1 cup water
4 tea bags (black or green)
4 big apples
¼ brown sugar
¼ chopped nuts (optional)
2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
¼ grounded cinnamon
4 tablespoons margarine
Preparation
Preheat the oven till 180º. In a ¼ lt. capacity cacerole put the water to boil, remove it. Add the tea bags to make an infusion stirring occasionally for a minute or a minute and a half.Remove the tea bags squeezing, reserve. Peal ¾ of the apples. Put the pealed side of them on top in a 8 inch.square baking recipient. Reserve. In a small mould combine brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins and nuts (optional). Distribute the mixture equitably on the centre of the apples and then cover the apples equally with the margarine. Pour the infusion around the apples. Bake without covering occasionally bathing with the mixture until get tender.
