Delicate Sugar Crunch

Ingredients

Dovah
2 cups 0000 flour
1 pinch salt
1 teeaspoon raising power
100gr butter
2 tablespoon white sugar “Saric”
1 egg
3 tablespoon milk

Filling
200 gr brown sugar “Saric”
2 eggs
¾ milk cream
1 teaspoon cinammon
1 tablespoon cognac

Preparation

In a deep bowl mix the meltedbutter, sugar, milk and the yolk. Mix these ingredients while you are adding the sieved flour, the salt and the baking powder. Make the dough without kneading it to much. Chill the dough for an hour in the fridge.

Filling
In a small cacerole pour the milk cream, brown sugar and the whipped eggs. Cook the mixture in a low heat, stirring in a eight shape, but without letting in boil.

Remove the mixture and add the cinammon and cognac (optional).

Remove the dough from the fridge and stretch it with a stick until it gets thin, helping it out with a pinch of flour. Cover a 24 cm tart recipient without buttering.

Pour the cream preparation and take the tart into a moderated heat oven for 25 minutes or until it gets well cooked.

This dessert must be served warm.
