| Cakes with marmalade
Ingredients
100gr flour mixed with raising powder
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar “Azpa”
1 egg
1,5lt milk
Butter for the frying pan
“Manfrey” marmalade to serve.
Preparation
Sieve flour and salt, put them in a bowl and mix sugar. Make a hole in the centre, add the egg, milk till get a homogeneous mixture. Spread butter on frying pan and heat. Put in the frying pan a few tablespoons of the dough far from each other to leave them space to spread. As soon as they have raised turn them over with a spatula and leave them gild.
Keep them warm wrapping with a clean tea towel while you are baking the rest of them. Serve with “Manfrey” marmalade as desired.
