| Baked rice créme 6-8 portions
Ingredients
½ cup of mixed egg + 1 cup water (or 4 whisked eggs)
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup “Azpa” sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup “Manfrey” low fat milk powder
3 cups water
1 ½ cups cooked “Saric” rice
Preparation
1- Heat oven to 150ºC

Mix all ingredients. In a 25 cm buttered baking pan add the preparation.

Bake in 150º for 30min.

Stir to mix rice. Bake again 1 ½ hour more
Variations: Add ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or / and cup raising.
