Baked “Natilla”
Ingredients
3 eggs
½ cup brown sugar “Saric”
1 ½ cups milk
½ cup cream milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
Preheat the oven till 180º. Butter a 1 Lt. capacity recipient. Whip eggs, sugar, milk, cream milk, and vanilla in a bowl for a minute. Pour the mixture in a mould and this mould into a deeper one.
Pour enough bolling water into the deeper mould up to the half of the first mould. Take this preparation to the oven and spread the on it.
Reduce the heat, bake for 20 minutes until the “Natilla” its cooked remove. Serve warm or chilled.
